If you are driving from Huaraz, head south on Avenida Luzuriaga toward Calle 28 de Julio. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle 2 de Mayo. Turn left onto Calle 2 de Mayo and follow it until it merges with the main road (Carretera Huaraz - Pativilca). Follow this road for about 17 kilometers until you see signs for Rataquenua.
