If you're in Iquitos, the easiest way to reach Maniti Expeditions Amazon Eco-Lodge is by taking a taxi. Just tell the driver you want to go to 'Huallaga 210'. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes depending on traffic and will typically cost you between 10-20 soles.

Public Bus
For a more economical option, you can take a public bus. Head to the main bus terminal in Iquitos and look for a bus heading towards the city center. Once on the bus, tell the driver you want to get off at 'Huallaga'. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes and costs around 1.50 soles. After getting off, walk a short distance to Huallaga 210, which is just a few blocks away.

If you are staying close to the city center, you can also walk to Maniti Expeditions. Head towards the Plaza de Armas and then follow the streets towards the Huallaga River. Turn onto Huallaga Street, and continue walking until you reach Huallaga 210. This will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on your pace.
