If you are traveling by car, head towards Trujillo from your current location in North Coast. Use the Pan-American Highway (Carretera Panamericana) and follow the signs to Trujillo. Once you reach Trujillo, navigate to Calle Independencia in the Historic Centre. Look for Calle Independencia 630, which is where Casa Ganoza Chopitea is located. There is street parking available, but it can be limited, so consider arriving early.
Public Transportation
To reach Casa Ganoza Chopitea using public transportation, first find a bus heading towards Trujillo from your location. Buses are frequent and will typically cost around 10-15 soles. Once you arrive at the Trujillo bus terminal, take a local taxi or a mototaxi (which costs approximately 5-10 soles) to the Historic Centre. Ask the driver to drop you off at Calle Independencia 630, which is near the main square.
Walking from Local Landmarks
If you find yourself near the main square (Plaza de Armas) in Trujillo, you can easily walk to Casa Ganoza Chopitea. From the Plaza, head east on Calle Pizarro, then turn left onto Avenida España. Continue straight until you reach Calle Independencia, then turn right. Casa Ganoza Chopitea will be on your left at number 630. This walk should take about 10-15 minutes.
