Car
If you are driving a car, start from the main entrance of Paracas National Reserve. Follow the main road into the reserve, which is well-marked. Continue on this road for about 8 kilometers (5 miles). You will reach a fork; take the right path towards the viewpoint. After approximately 3 kilometers (1.8 miles), you will see signage for Mirador Balcón del Cielo. There is limited parking available near the viewpoint.

Public Transportation
To reach Mirador Balcón del Cielo using public transportation, start from the main town of Paracas. Look for a local bus or shuttle service that operates within Paracas National Reserve. These buses typically run every 30 minutes and will take you towards the various attractions in the reserve. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Mirador Balcón del Cielo. The fare is usually around 5-10 PEN (Peruvian Soles). Once you arrive at the stop closest to the viewpoint, you may need to walk an additional 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) on foot to reach the viewpoint itself. Be prepared for some uneven terrain.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the shops in Paracas. From the center of Paracas, head towards the entrance of Paracas National Reserve. The route is approximately 11 kilometers (6.8 miles) one way. Follow the main road into the reserve and look for the signs directing you to Mirador Balcón del Cielo. Cycling gives you the added benefit of enjoying the scenery at your own pace. Ensure you have water and snacks for the journey, and make use of bike lanes where available.
