If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Urubamba, which is a central location in the Sacred Valley. Head southeast on Avenida Ferrocarril toward Carretera Vía Urubamba. Continue on Carretera Vía Urubamba for about 10.5 km (approximately 15 minutes) until you reach km 53. The Museo Inkariy will be on your right. Make sure to park in the designated parking area, which is usually free.

To reach Museo Inkariy by public transportation, take a colectivo (shared taxi) or bus from Urubamba heading toward Calca. The fare is typically around 5-10 soles. Inform the driver that you want to get off at km 53 on Carretera Vía Urubamba. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive, walk approximately 200 meters back toward the museum, which will be on your left. Be mindful of the schedule as the last vehicles may leave early in the evening.
