Car
If you're driving from the center of Sacred Valley, head towards Cusco. Take the main road (Route 28) northbound towards Urubamba. After about 30 minutes, you will reach the city of Cusco. Once in Cusco, follow signs to the Centro Histórico. As you approach the city center, keep an eye out for Av. El Sol, which will take you directly into the heart of Cusco. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Av. Grau. Turn left onto Av. Grau, and continue until you reach the Plaza de Armas. From there, take Calle 7 Cuartones and then turn right onto Apv. Bellavista San Blas. The Sapantiana Aqueduct will be on your left. Look for parking in the nearby streets.

To reach Sapantiana Aqueduct via public transport, start by getting to the main bus terminal in Urubamba. Take a bus or colectivo heading to Cusco. The journey will take about 1 hour, depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Cusco, get off at the last stop, which is close to the Plaza de Armas. From the Plaza, walk towards Av. El Sol. Then take Calle 7 Cuartones and turn right onto Apv. Bellavista San Blas. Continue walking straight; the aqueduct will be on your left after a few blocks.
