If you are driving, start your journey from the center of Gdańsk. Navigate to Długi Targ and continue towards the river. Follow the signs for Ołowianka Island. You will need to cross the bridge to get onto Ołowianka. Once on the island, follow the road until you reach Ołowianka 9-13, where the National Maritime Museum is located. There is parking available nearby, but it's best to arrive early as it can fill up quickly.
Public Transportation
To reach the National Maritime Museum using public transport, take tram line 3 or 8 from the city center towards 'Brętowo'. Get off at the 'Złota Brama' stop. From there, walk towards the riverfront (about a 10-minute walk) and follow the signs to Ołowianka Island. You will see the museum as you approach Ołowianka 9-13. Alternatively, you can also take bus line 100 or 106 to 'Ołowianka' stop, which is very close to the museum.
