From Caldas da Rainha, walk to the main bus station, which is located at Avenida da Liberdade, next to the Praça da República. Look for the bus service to Nazaré. Buses are frequent, so check the schedule at the station for the next departure. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Nazaré, disembark at the main bus stop.

From the Nazaré bus stop, head towards the beach by following the Avenida da República. Continue straight until you reach the beach promenade. Turn left and walk along the promenade until you see the large church on the hill. The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Nazareth is located at Largo de Nossa Sra. da Nazaré, which is a short 10-minute walk uphill from the beach.
