If you prefer walking, head to the Cascais waterfront and follow the promenade towards Estoril, which is a beautiful walk. When you reach the Estoril train station, take the train towards Lisbon. Get off at Cais do Sodré, and from there, you can either walk or take tram number 15 towards Praça da Figueira, getting off at the 'Cordoaria Nacional' stop.
