    If you're in Cascais, head to the Cascais train station, which is located in the town center. Buy a ticket to Lisbon, and board a train heading to Cais do Sodré station. The train ride takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and head towards the waterfront. From there, you can catch tram 15 or a bus towards Belém. Get off at the 'Mosteiro dos Jerónimos' stop and walk along the riverside towards Av. Brasília. The MAAT Museum will be on your left.

    From Cascais, you can take the bus number 403 or 417 from the Cascais bus terminal. Make sure to check the schedule, as the buses run frequently. The ride will take about 40 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Belém - Centro Cultural de Belém'. From there, walk towards the river along Av. Brasília. The MAAT Museum is about a 10-minute walk down the road, and will be on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Cascais and follow the scenic coastal path towards Lisbon. The route is approximately 20 kilometers and takes you along the waterfront. Follow the signs for the bike path leading to Lisbon. Once you arrive in Belém, continue along Av. Brasília, and the MAAT Museum will be on your left, situated right by the river.

Start by heading along the waterfront path from Cascais toward Estoril, and continue along the river. Follow the path signs toward Lisbon until you reach Belém. Once you're in Belém, walk along Av. Brasília, and the MAAT Museum will be on your left.
