    From Cascais, walk to the Cascais train station, which is located at Av. 25 de Abril, 2750-353 Cascais. Once at the station, purchase a ticket for Sintra. The train journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Sintra station, exit the station and look for the bus stop outside the station. You will need to take the Scotturb bus number 434 towards 'Pena' which will take you directly to the National Palace of Pena. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Pena' stop, and you will see the entrance to the palace ahead.

    From Cascais, you can also take the Scotturb bus number 403, which goes directly to Sintra. Board the bus at the Cascais bus station, located near the Cascais train station. The bus ride to Sintra will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Sintra bus terminal, proceed to the Scotturb bus stop and catch the number 434 bus towards 'Pena.' The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes to reach the National Palace of Pena. Get off at the 'Pena' stop, and the palace entrance will be in view.
