If you are starting from the University of Coimbra, head down Rua Larga towards the city center. Continue straight until you reach the Praça da República, a large square filled with cafes and students. From the square, walk down Avenida Sá da Bandeira. After about 10 minutes, turn left onto Rua Ferreira Borges. Continue straight until you reach a small roundabout, then take the second exit onto Rua da Sofia. Keep walking straight for about 5 minutes until you see A árvore dos amores located at number 25, 3000-098 Coimbra on your right.

From the Coimbra Bus Station, take bus number 34 towards Santa Clara. Get off at the stop 'Praça da República'. From there, walk down Avenida Sá da Bandeira and follow the directions given previously. It should take about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop to reach A árvore dos amores.
