If you're starting from the Santa Clara-a-Velha Monastery, head southwest on Rua de Santa Clara towards the River Mondego. Cross the river using the Pedro e Inês footbridge. Once across, continue straight onto Avenida de Emídio Navarro. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Rua da Sofia. Continue walking straight for approximately 300 meters. The Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Graça will be on your right at Rua da Sofia, 3000-389 Coimbra.

If you're at Coimbra's main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Coimbra), take bus line 34 towards 'Almas de Freire'. Ride the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the 'Sofia' stop. From there, walk about 200 meters back along Rua da Sofia, and the Igreja de Nossa Senhora da Graça will be on your left at Rua da Sofia, 3000-389 Coimbra.
