From Faro city center, head to the bus station located at Avenida da República. Take the Bus number 23 towards Lagoa. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Get off at the 'Lagoa' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk towards Rua 1º de Maio, and then continue onto Rua da Liberdade. After a short walk, turn left onto Vale de Engenhos road, which will lead you directly to the Benagil Caves Kayak & SUP Tours, located at Vale de Engenhos, 8400-000 Lagoa.

Taxi
If you prefer a more direct option, you can take a taxi from Faro. You can find taxis at various points around Faro, including the taxi rank in front of the train station. Ask the driver to take you to Vale de Engenhos, Lagoa. The ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes depending on traffic.

Bicycle
For the more adventurous, you can rent a bicycle in Faro. Follow Rua de Santo António towards the waterfront, then take the cycle path along the coast towards Lagoa. Continue cycling until you reach Lagoa, then follow the signposts to Vale de Engenhos. The ride can take around 1-1.5 hours, depending on your pace.
