Catch the bus at the Faro Bus Station (Terminal Rodoviário de Faro) on Avenida da República. Look for the bus heading towards Lagoa (Bus number 28 is a good option). The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Lagoa bus stop. From there, you can either take a taxi to Praia de Albandeira, which is about a 10-minute drive, or you can walk, which will take around 1 hour and 20 minutes. To walk, head east on Avenida da Liberdade, then take a left onto Rua 25 de Abril. Continue straight until you reach the coast, then turn right onto Estrada da Praia de Albandeira until you reach the beach.

From anywhere in Faro, you can call a taxi or use a ride-sharing app. Simply request a taxi to 'Praia de Albandeira, Lagoa'. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to confirm the fare with the driver before starting your journey.

If you're feeling adventurous, consider renting a bicycle in Faro. You can find rental shops near the city center. Once you have a bike, ride along the coastal road towards Lagoa. The route is scenic and follows the coastline, taking about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Follow the signs for Praia de Albandeira as you approach Lagoa.
