If you are starting from Faro's city center, head towards the Largo da Sé, which is the square in front of the Faro Cathedral. From there, walk south on Rua de Portugal until you reach the roundabout. Continue straight onto Rua de Marquês de Pombal, and then take a left onto Rua de 1º de Maio. Follow this street until you arrive at Largo Dom Afonso III. The Municipal Museum of Faro will be located on your right at number 14.

To reach the Municipal Museum of Faro via bus, go to the nearest bus stop at Faro's main bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Faro). Take bus number 14 or any bus heading towards the city center.
