If you are in the historical center of Guimarães, you can reach Mercado Ferreira Borges in Porto by walking to the nearest bus stop, which is 'Estação de Guimarães'. Head towards the station on Rua de São Francisco and walk straight until you reach the bus terminal. From there, take Bus number 2 towards Porto, which should take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at 'Campo 24 de Agosto' in Porto, exit the bus and walk towards Rua da Bolsa. Turn left onto Rua do Almada and continue straight until you reach R. da Bolsa 19, where Mercado Ferreira Borges is located.

From the center of Guimarães, walk to the Guimarães train station located on Av. de São Gonçalo. Take a train to Porto São Bento station, which takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Porto São Bento, exit the station and head towards the main street, Rua de 31 de Janeiro. Walk straight along this road until you reach the intersection with Rua do Almada.
