Walking
If you are already in the Ribeira neighborhood, you are very close to Fonte Monumental da Ribeira. Head towards the Douro River if you are not already facing it. The fountain is located in Praça Ribeira, right by the riverbank. Walk along the waterfront promenade, and you will see the square ahead. It is a picturesque area filled with cafes and beautiful views of the river and the Dom Luís I Bridge. Once you reach Praça Ribeira, the fountain is prominently situated in the center of the square, making it easy to locate.

Public Transport - Tram
If you are further away from Ribeira, you can take the historic Tram Line 1 which runs along the riverside. Board the tram at any convenient stop along the route, and enjoy the scenic ride along the Douro River. Alight at the 'Ribeira' stop, which is just a short walk from the fountain. From the tram stop, walk towards the river, and you will see Praça Ribeira straight ahead. The fare for the tram is approximately €3 for a single journey.
