Train
From Cascais Train Station, purchase a ticket to Lisboa Cais do Sodré station. The journey takes approximately 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré, exit the station and walk towards the river. Follow the signs to the metro station for Baixa-Chiado. Take the metro (green line) in the direction of Telheiras and get off at the next stop, Baixa-Chiado. From Baixa-Chiado, exit the station and walk towards Rua do Ouro. Continue straight until you reach Rua Augusto Rosa, where the Museum Aljube Resistência e Liberdade is located at number 42.

From Cascais, take the Scotturb bus 403 towards Lisbon. Get off at the last stop, which is near the Praça do Comércio. Once you get off, walk towards Rua do Comércio and head to Rua Augusta. Continue walking straight until you reach Rua Augusto Rosa. The museum will be on your right at number 42.

Walking
If you find yourself in the center of Cascais, walk towards the Cascais Marina. From the marina, head north on Avenida 25 de Abril, then turn left onto Rua do Assuncão. Continue straight until you reach the train station, where you can catch a train to Lisbon. Once in Lisbon, follow the train instructions above. Alternatively, you can also take a leisurely walk along the coastal path towards Lisbon if you're looking for a scenic route.
