Locate a nearby bus stop and take Bus 701 or 732. Both buses travel towards the Estrela area. Get off at the Igreja da Estrela stop. Once you get off, walk a short distance to Praça da Estrela, where the Basilica is located.

If you are staying in the nearby area, you can walk to Praça da Estrela. From the center of Lisbon, head southwest towards Avenida da Liberdade. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Rua de São Bento. Turn right onto Rua de São Bento, and keep walking straight until you reach Praça da Estrela. The Basilica of Estrela will be on your right.
