From Cascais station, take the CP train towards Lisbon Cais do Sodré. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Cais do Sodré station, exit the station and head towards Rua da Prata. Walk straight until you reach Praça do Comércio, then continue on Rua da Alfândega until you reach the metro station at Terreiro do Paço. Take the metro (Blue Line) towards Santa Apolónia and get off at the next station, which is Baixa-Chiado. Exit the station and transfer to the Green Line towards Cais do Sodré, getting off at the next stop, which is Rossio. From Rossio, you can take tram 28 towards Campo de Ourique and get off at the stop 'Prazeres'. Walk a short distance to reach Praça São João Bosco 568.

From Cascais, take the bus line 405 (Cascais to Lisbon) which departs from Cascais bus station. The journey takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Praça de Espanha'. From there, walk to the metro station and take the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. After two stops, get off at the station 'Marquês de Pombal'. Change to the Red Line towards São Sebastião and get off at 'Alameda'. Transfer to the Green Line towards Cais do Sodré and get off at the stop 'Prazeres'. From there, it's a short walk to Praça São João Bosco 568.

If you prefer to explore Cascais by foot, start at the Cascais Marina and follow the coastal promenade towards the nearby Boca do Inferno. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the Cascais train station. From there, follow the train guidance as described above, or if you wish to walk the entirety, it will take you several hours to reach Lisbon, following the riverside paths.
