Walking
If you are in the Baixa district, start at Praça do Comércio. From there, head north on Rua do Comércio, which will turn into Rua da Prata. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Rua da Conceição, then turn left. Walk along Rua da Conceição until you reach the beautiful Miradouro de Santa Luzia, located in the Alfama district. The scenic viewpoint is just a few minutes' walk from this area and offers stunning views over the Tagus River.

Metro + Walking
Take the Metro to the Rossio station (Green Line). Upon exiting the station, head east on Rua 1º de Dezembro until you reach Praça do Rossio. From there, go uphill via Rua de São José towards the Alfama district. Once you reach the top of the hill, continue straight until you arrive at Largo de Santa Luzia, where the viewpoint is located.

Catch Tram 28 from any of the stops along its route (a popular starting point is Praça Martim Moniz). Ride the tram until you reach the stop at Miradouro de Santa Luzia. Disembark and you will be at the viewpoint, which is famous for its picturesque views of Lisbon.
