From the center of Ponte de Lima, head southeast on Avenida dos Descobrimentos toward Rua do Cais. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Rua de São João. Follow this road as it turns into Estrada Nacional 201. Continue walking along this road for about 3.5 kilometers until you reach the village of Entrimo. Once in Entrimo, look for signs directing you to Estrada a Queguas. The Igrexa de Santa María a Real de Entrimo will be on your left at Estrada a Queguas, 60.
