If you are near the Trindade Metro Station, take the Metro Line D (Yellow Line) towards Santo Ovidio. Get off at the next stop, which is the São Bento Station. Once you exit the station, follow the signs for the main exit. As you step out, you will see the beautiful São Bento train station. From there, turn left and walk along the Avenida dos Aliados until you reach the intersection with Rua de Camões.

After reaching the intersection of Avenida dos Aliados and Rua de Camões, continue straight onto Rua de Camões. Follow this street until you reach the Campo dos Mártires da Pátria. Antiga Cadeia da Relação do Porto will be located on your right-hand side at Campo dos Mártires da Pátria, 4050-542 Porto. The building is quite recognizable, so keep an eye out for its distinctive architecture.

If you prefer to take a bus, you can catch the bus number 201 from the Aliados stop. Ride it for about 5 stops and get off at the 'Campo dos Mártires da Pátria' stop. From there, it’s just a short walk to the Antiga Cadeia da Relação do Porto, which is located nearby. Just head towards the main square, and you will see the museum.
