If you are near the São Bento Station, take the Metro Line A (Blue Line) towards Senhor de Matosinhos. Get off at the Matosinhos Sul station. Once you exit the station, head west towards the coast. Continue walking straight until you reach the waterfront. You should see the Castelo do Queijo in the distance. It will take approximately 15 minutes on foot from the station.

From the city center, you can take the bus number 500 from the Aliados stop. Ride the bus until you reach the 'Praia da Luz' stop. After getting off, walk towards the beach and turn left. Continue walking along the promenade, and you will see the Castelo do Queijo. This journey will take about 30 minutes in total, including the bus ride and the walk.

Tram
You can board the historic Tram Line 1 at the Praça da Ribeira stop. Stay on the tram until you reach the final stop at Passeio Alegre. From there, walk east along the waterfront promenade until you reach the Castelo do Queijo. The tram ride will take roughly 30 minutes, and the walk from the tram stop will take about 10 minutes.

If you are staying near the Avenida dos Aliados, you can walk to Castelo do Queijo. Head west along Avenida dos Aliados and turn left onto Rua de Camões. Continue straight until you reach the Douro River. From there, walk along the riverbank towards the Atlantic Ocean. After about 30 minutes of walking, you will arrive at the Castelo do Queijo.
