Bus
From the city center of Braga, head to the Braga bus station (Estação de Autocarros de Braga). Take the Bus number 1 towards Vila Nova de Gaia. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Vila Nova de Gaia bus station, exit the station and walk towards Rua da Praia. Turn right onto Rua da Praia, then take another right onto Rua São Pedro. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Igreja Paroquial de São Pedro da Afurada on your left.

From the Braga train station (Estação de Comboios de Braga), take a train towards Porto São Bento. This journey takes about 40 minutes. Get off at the Campanhã station in Porto. From Campanhã, transfer to the suburban train line that goes to Vila Nova de Gaia. Alight at the Vila Nova de Gaia station. Once you exit the station, head towards Rua de São Pedro, which is approximately a 15-minute walk. Follow Rua de São Pedro until you reach the Igreja Paroquial de São Pedro da Afurada.
