If you are driving from Serra da Lousã, head southwest on the N342 road towards Coimbra. After approximately 20 kilometers, merge onto the A1 highway. Continue on the A1 for about 15 kilometers. Take the exit towards Coimbra and follow the signs for the city center. Once in Coimbra, follow Rua de Lisboa and then take a left onto Avenida de Conímbriga. Continue straight until you reach CC Martim de Freitas, where the Jardim Botânico da Universidade de Coimbra is located.
