From Avenida station, walk along Avenida da Liberdade towards the north until you reach the junction with Rua da Conceição. Turn left onto Rua da Conceição, and then take a right onto Rua Coelho da Rocha. Casa Fernando Pessoa will be on your left at number 18.

From Setúbal, head to the Setúbal bus station and look for buses heading to Lisbon (Lisboa). Purchase a ticket and board a bus that takes you to Lisbon. The bus ride takes approximately 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Lisbon bus terminal, you can either walk or take the Metro. If walking, proceed towards the nearest Metro station, which is the Rossio station. Take the Metro Line Verde (Green Line) towards Cais do Sodré and switch at the Baixa-Chiado station to the Blue Line towards Santa Apolónia. Get off at Avenida station. Walk along Avenida da Liberdade, turn left onto Rua da Conceição, and then right onto Rua Coelho da Rocha. Casa Fernando Pessoa will be located at number 18.
