Turn right onto Av. da Liberdade and follow it until you reach the Setúbal ferry terminal. Take the ferry to Lisbon, which operates frequently. Once you arrive at the Cais do Sodré station in Lisbon, exit the ferry and walk towards the metro station. Take the Green Line (Linha Verde) towards Telheiras and get off at the Rossio station. From Rossio, exit the station and walk towards Praça da Figueira. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Largo de Santo Estêvão. The Santo Estêvão Belvedere will be on your left.
