Walking
From the center of Setúbal, start at Praça do Brasil. Head towards the waterfront along Avenida Luísa Todi. Continue walking until you reach the ferry terminal called 'Cais do Sodré'. You can take the ferry to Tróia. The ferry ride offers beautiful views of the river and takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at the Tróia ferry terminal, exit the terminal and walk straight towards the main road. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Roman Ruins of Troia, which is well-signposted.

Public Transport
From Setúbal city center, head to the Setúbal bus station (Terminal Rodoviário de Setúbal). Take bus number 582 towards 'Tróia' and get off at the Tróia stop. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Tróia, follow the signs to the Roman Ruins, which are a short walk away from the bus stop. Look for the directional signs that will lead you to the archaeological site.
