You can park at the designated parking area near the trailhead at the 'Praia da Ursa' sign. Note that parking may be limited, and there could be a small fee, so arrive early.

To reach Praia da Ursa using public transportation, start at Sintra train station. Take the bus number 441 towards Colares. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Colares' stop. From there, follow the signs toward Praia da Ursa; it's about a 30-minute walk to the trailhead. The bus fare is around €2.00.
