    Start at Sintra train station. Take bus number 441 towards Colares. The bus departs frequently, so you should not have to wait long. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the 'Colares' stop. From there, continue walking along Estrada da Peninha for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass through scenic countryside. The Anta de Adrenunes is located on the left side of the road, marked by a small sign.

    If you prefer to walk from Sintra town center, start at the Sintra National Palace. Head down Rua dos Três Reis and turn left onto Avenida Dr. Alfred de Saldanha. Follow this road until you reach the main road, Estrada da Luz. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Estrada da Peninha. Turn right onto Estrada da Peninha and walk for about 3 kilometers. The Anta de Adrenunes will be on your right, marked by a small sign.
