From the center of Tomar, head towards the Praça da República. Walk straight down Rua Serpa Pinto until you reach the end of the street. Turn right onto Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. Continue walking straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit to stay on Avenida dos Combatentes. After about 1.5 km, look for signs indicating 'Buracas do Casmilo'. Follow the trail markers that lead you towards the hiking area, which is approximately 2 km from the roundabout.

From the main bus station in Tomar, take the bus towards 'Casmilo'. The bus will drop you off at the nearest stop to Buracas do Casmilo.
