If you are at the Viana do Castelo train station, exit the station and head south on Rua do Comércio towards Avenida dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra. The elevator will be on your right-hand side, approximately 1 kilometer from the square. Look for signs indicating 'Elevador de Santa Luzia' as you approach.

From the main bus station in Viana do Castelo, located at Avenida de Cabo Verde, take the bus heading towards Santa Luzia. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop nearest to Elevador de Santa Luzia. After getting off, walk a short distance down Avenida 25 de Abril, and you will find the elevator.
