Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey from the center of Mesaieed, near the Mesaieed Park. Head southeast on the main road, Al Hissa Street, toward the Al Wukair area. Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Wadi Msheireb Street. Follow this road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Salwa Road. Cross the road carefully, and turn left onto Salwa Road. Walk for another 1 kilometer, and you will see a sign for the entrance to the area where the Rock Carvings are located.

• Bicycle

  Begin your ride from the Mesaieed Corniche, heading southeast along the waterfront. After about 1 kilometer, turn right onto Al Hissa Street. Continue on this street for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Wadi Msheireb Street, and cycle straight for 3 kilometers. At the intersection with Salwa Road, turn left and ride for another kilometer until you see the sign leading to the Rock Carvings.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From Mesaieed, locate the nearest bus stop and board a bus heading towards Doha. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at the stop for Salwa Road. Once you arrive at Salwa Road, exit the bus and walk for about 1 kilometer. Look for directional signs that lead to the Rock Carvings. If you are unsure, ask locals for assistance as they are generally familiar with the area.
