If you are driving, start from the center of Newport, RI. Take US-138 E and follow signs for Jamestown/Newport Bridge. Cross the Newport Bridge and continue on RI-138 E. Merge onto RI-24 N and then take the exit for RI-114 N toward Bristol. Follow RI-114 N until you reach the intersection with Corn Neck Rd in New Shoreham. Turn left onto Corn Neck Rd and continue for about 4 miles. Settlers Rock will be on your right, near the North Lighthouse.

If you prefer public transportation, take the RIPTA bus service from Newport to Block Island. The bus will take you to the ferry terminal. Purchase a ferry ticket from the Block Island Ferry service, which typically costs around $30 round trip (prices may vary). Once you arrive at Block Island, you can rent a bicycle or take a taxi to reach Corn Neck Rd. Follow Corn Neck Rd for about 4 miles until you reach Settlers Rock on your right.
