Walking
From the Block Island ferry terminal, head northeast on Water Street towards the intersection with Chapel Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street and follow it until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn right on High Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with West Side Road. At West Side Road, turn left and follow the road until you see the Block Island Airport. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the ferry terminal.

If you have rented a bike, start from the ferry terminal and head northwest on Water Street. Turn left onto Chapel Street and bike along High Street. Continue biking until you reach West Side Road. Turn left onto West Side Road and follow it until you see the Block Island Airport. Biking will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your pace.

After disembarking from the ferry at the terminal, you can take a local taxi or shuttle service available right outside the terminal. Request to go to '850 Aquidneck Ave Unit 8A, Middletown'.
