From downtown Providence, head to the nearest bus stop at Kennedy Plaza. Take the RIPTA Route 60 bus towards Newport. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Get off at the Bellevue Ave and Narragansett Ave stop in Newport. From there, walk northwest on Bellevue Ave for about 0.5 miles. The National Museum of American Illustration will be on your left at 492 Bellevue Ave.

From Kingston, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service (approximately 20 minutes) to get to Newport.
