Follow Route 138 for approximately 10 miles, which will take you through scenic areas. As you approach Newport, keep an eye out for signs directing you towards Newport. Merge onto Route 1 North to continue towards Newport. Once in Newport, follow signs for Washington Street, and take a right onto Washington Street. Continue for about 1 mile, and you will find Battery Park located at 107 Washington St, Newport, RI 02840. Note that parking may be available on nearby residential streets, but be mindful of any parking restrictions. Expect to pay for parking if you choose to park in designated areas.

From Yawgoo Valley Ski Area & Water Park, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service to the nearest bus station, which is about 2 miles away. Once at the bus station, take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus number 60 towards Newport. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Newport, get off at the stop closest to Washington Street.
