At the end of the mall, cross Thames Street onto Touro Street. Walk straight up the block to Spring Street. The Loeb Visitors Center, the entrance for tours, is on Spring Street, just to the left.

The Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) provides bus service to Newport. From various points in West Bay, take Route 60 to the Newport Gateway Center. Transfer to Route 67 towards Jamestown and get off at Thames Street. From there, walk southwest on Thames Street, turn right onto Touro Street, and the synagogue is at 85 Touro St. A bus fare is $2.00.
