From anywhere in Pulau Semakau, head towards the nearest exit point to the mainland, which is at the ferry terminal. Take a ferry from Pulau Semakau to the Marina South Pier. Once you arrive at Marina South Pier, drive towards East Coast Parkway (ECP) and continue towards Changi Business Park Central. Take Exit 1 toward Changi Business Park and follow the signs to Changi City Point located at 5 Changi Business Park Central 1, Singapore 486038.

Start by taking a ferry from Pulau Semakau to Marina South Pier. Upon arrival at Marina South Pier, make your way to the nearest MRT station, which is Marina Bay MRT Station. From there, board the Downtown Line towards Expo MRT Station. Once you reach Expo MRT Station, transfer to the East West Line towards Pasir Ris MRT Station. Alight at the next stop, which is Changi Airport MRT Station. From there, you can take Bus Service 24 or 34 to reach Changi Business Park Central, which is a short walk to Changi City Point at 5 Changi Business Park Central 1, Singapore 486038.
