If you are using public transportation, take a MyCiTi bus to the 'Table Mountain Aerial Cableway' stop. The fare is around ZAR 20-30. Upon disembarking, follow the signs directing you to the Aerial Cableway. Once you reach the Cableway station, you can either take the cable car up or hike the Platteklip Gorge trail, which is a popular route leading to the summit of Table Mountain.
