Car
If you are driving from the center of Waterberg, head north on the R517 towards Thabazimbi. Continue on R517 for approximately 47 kilometers. As you approach Thabazimbi, keep an eye out for the turnoff onto the Unnamed Road (Rooibokkraal Rd). Turn right onto this road. After about 10 kilometers, you will see the Kukama Hunting Safaris Lodge on your left. There is no entrance fee to access the lodge.

To reach Kukama Hunting Safaris Lodge via public transportation, you can take a minibus taxi from the main taxi ranks in Waterberg heading towards Thabazimbi. The fare is typically around R30 per person. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the turnoff for Rooibokkraal Rd. Once you get off, it's about a 10-kilometer walk to the lodge, or you can arrange for a local taxi to take you the rest of the way—this should cost approximately R100.
