If you are in the downtown area of Mount Pleasant, head east on E Broadway St towards S Main St. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with S Main St. Turn left on S Main St and walk until you reach the intersection with E 1st St. Turn right onto E 1st St and continue walking until you reach the intersection with N Mission St. Turn left onto N Mission St. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with W High St. Turn right on W High St, and head down until you reach the local bus station. From there, take the bus route heading towards Charleston. Follow the bus route until you arrive at the stop closest to Meeting St. Once you get off the bus, walk towards 350 Meeting St. The Joseph Manigault House will be on your right.
