Continue on SD-79 for approximately 25 miles until you reach the junction with US-18. Turn left onto US-18 East and continue for about 8 miles. Merge onto I-90 East and travel for about 50 miles. Take exit 267 for SD-34 East towards Pierre. Follow SD-34 East for approximately 30 miles until you reach Pierre. Once in Pierre, follow signs for LaFramboise Island State Nature Area, located at LaFramboise Island Trail. The total drive time is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Make sure to have a map or GPS for real-time directions.
