If you are traveling by car, start at the Mount Rushmore National Memorial parking area. From the parking area, head east on SD-244 for approximately 0.4 miles. Then, make a right turn onto Presidential Trail. Continue on Presidential Trail for about 0.1 miles, and you will see the Hall of Records on your left at 64 Presidential Trail, Keystone, SD 57751. There is no parking at the Hall of Records, so please park in the Mount Rushmore Memorial parking area and walk to the Hall.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take the local bus service from Keystone to Mount Rushmore National Memorial. Once you arrive at the Memorial, follow the signs to the Presidential Trail. The Hall of Records is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Walk east on SD-244 until you reach Presidential Trail, then turn left and walk approximately 0.1 miles to reach the Hall of Records at 64 Presidential Trail. Note that the bus schedule may vary, and it is advisable to check the local transit website for updated times and fares.

If you are already in the vicinity of the Memorial, you can walk to the Hall of Records directly. Start at the main entrance to Mount Rushmore National Memorial and head east on SD-244. After about 0.4 miles, turn right onto Presidential Trail. Continue walking for about 0.1 miles, and the Hall of Records will be on your left. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes as the trail can be a little uneven in some areas.
