If you are traveling by car, start your journey on the Donghae Expressway (Expressway 65) if you are coming from cities like Chuncheon or Wonju. Follow the expressway until you reach the Sokcho exit. Take the exit and follow the signs for Sokcho. Once in Sokcho, navigate towards Yeonggeumjeong-ro. You will want to drive down Yeonggeumjeong-ro, and the pavilion will be on your right-hand side at the address 43 Yeonggeumjeong-ro, Dongmyeong-dong, Sokcho-si. Parking is available near the pavilion, but it may incur a small fee depending on the duration of your stay.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take an express bus to Sokcho from major cities like Seoul or Gangneung. Buses leave frequently from the respective bus terminals. Once you arrive at Sokcho Express Bus Terminal, you can take local bus number 7 or 7-1 towards Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion. The bus ride should take approximately 20 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Yeonggeumjeong Pavilion. The bus will drop you off near the pavilion, and from there, it’s just a short walk to the entrance.
