Follow signs for Seoul and take the exit toward the city center. Continue straight and follow signs for 'City Hall' or 'Seosomun'. The address is 15 Deoksugung-gil, Jung District, Seoul. There is limited parking available nearby, so be sure to check for parking options in advance. Expect to pay around 2,000 KRW per hour for parking in the vicinity.

To reach Seoul City Hall Seosomun Annex Building 1 by subway, find the nearest subway station in Gyeonggi Province, such as Suwon Station or Bundang Station. Take the Seoul Subway Line 1 (the blue line) towards City Hall Station. Disembark at City Hall Station (Exit 4). From there, it is a short walk (approximately 10 minutes) to 15 Deoksugung-gil, Jung District. Follow the signs to Deoksugung Palace as it is a well-known landmark. The subway fare will cost around 1,250 KRW.
