Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach 61 Deoksugung-gil, where the Seoul Museum of Art is located.

From Incheon City Hall, take bus number 3000 towards Seoul Station. Get off at the Seoul Museum of Art stop. The museum is a short walk from the bus stop. Just head towards 61 Deoksugung-gil, and you will find the museum.
