To reach the Road of Emperor Gojong via public transportation, take the Seoul Subway. If you are coming from a different region in Gwandong, first, take a train to Seoul Station. From Seoul Station, transfer to Line 1 (the blue line) and head towards City Hall Station. At City Hall Station, transfer to Line 2 (the green line) and get off at Euljiro 1(il)-ga Station. Exit from Exit 6, and walk about 10 minutes towards Jeong-dong. The Road of Emperor Gojong is located at 1-10 Jeong-dong. Make sure to have a T-money card for easy fare payment, which costs approximately 1,250 KRW for a single journey.

If you prefer to travel by bus, check the local bus routes that lead to Jung District. You can board a bus from various locations in Gwandong Region to Seoul. Once in Seoul, you can take a local bus that stops near Jeong-dong. The bus fare is about 1,300 KRW.
